Since Hurricane Katrina, Haley has been working to secure help for Mississippi residents and to restore the Gulf Coast region. There are now more resources available than ever, and an excellent leadership team now in place to continue that work.

The recovery process is not the only issue facing our state, so I continue to focus upon helping Mississippi’s children through a wide variety of educational initiatives, and programs.

I believe it is absolutely critical that we better support early childhood education and decrease high school dropout rates. We must promote an environment where lifelong learning is valued by us all supporting and encouraging our children throughout their lives. I invite you to join me!
